Interviewer was really rude and condescending. Really tarnished the image of BMS. Some older lady interviewed me and her demeanour and tone was arrogant throughout. Kept undermining and dismissing my words and acting all superior around me. I get that she is in a senior position but at least have some respect for interviewees. Kept insinuating that I’m really junior and didn’t have enough experience - ok then why are you interviewing me in the first place? As for the interview, really basic questions like why did you leave your previous job, why did you choose this field, what do you expect in a manager, but did not ask anything detailed about resume and past experiences. Also ask questions like hobbies, how many people in my current team
