The interview process included a phone screen to share more information in regards to the position, a first interview with the management team and a final interview.
I enjoyed the process as I got to speak with different leaders of the team, ask questions and learn about different perspectives and aspects of the position.
They also offer a job preview where you are able to have a better insight to the history of BMI and their expectations. This was a unique opportunity that helped me better understand if BMI was the right fit for me.
