The process was refreshingly simple and fast — no endless rounds. It went like this:
A short screening interview to align on background and expectations.
A technical interview with the team, focused and practical, discussing real engineering topics rather than gotcha puzzles.
A take-home assignment to complete on my own time.
A final interview with the hiring manager.
