You are first contacted by Tiffany for a phone interview. From there, an additional call with someone on the team is standard. If he/she approves, you are called in for a series of face-to-face interviews - 4 thirty minute back-to-back interviews. After this process, it is typical to tour the facility and possibly have happy hour with the employees. Be prepared - you will be with others who have also interviewed for the position.
