      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Broadly

      Interview

First had their recruiter reach out and set up a call, all went well. He then had me meet (phone) with a member of the leadership team, that also went well as he called me back to meet with another team member. I did meet with another member of the team the following week - and that was 3.5 weeks ago. I thought it went well but 3.5 weeks later I've become the proverbial ghosted casualty. Any good feelings I had for the company are lost because this is simply unacceptable behavior. You don't ask a candidate to meet three times and give up his precious time and then ghost him. It is so unprofessional and frankly speaks to this companies lack of integrity. Nothing less than a personal apology and acknowledgement of their failure would have me pull down this review.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Nothing difficult - in fact, the interviewers did most of the talking and never really dug in and asked questions of my experience, character and achievements to better understand my fit and candidacy for the role.
