One phone call interview. Invited to the Irvine location, 3 interviews in a row with managers. The interview was not terribly difficult. This is a startup company and it is very casual in dress and attitude. If you are on the older side of 35+ and or have a corporate job history, then you probably aren't their ideal candidate. If I had to guess they want young college graduates who have little to no experience, someine they can program to do the job with methods, not someone with a long work history in sales who has been around the block. I didn't the job, which was disappointing but not unexpected. My advice is be young, don't wear a suit and tie, and pump them full of BS to get the job
