We apologize for any distress this situation may have caused you. We appreciate your review which allows us to understand whether there is a need to better improve our current system. Currently, our application process is structured that our Talent Management team reviews all online applications and contacts the applicants if they meet the necessary qualifications. The initial contact is via a phone screen which, if successful, leads to a scheduled interview at our Main location with our Hiring Committee and is a 1-round interview process. If selected, an offer is extended. Our format for new hires, however, does not contain an assessment portion at any point in the procedure. Again, we do apologize for any difficulties in this matter.
