Very straightforward interview process. The first was a 30-minute phone screening from HR and as a result was not technical. Mostly about school/work background. After a few days, a 1hr in-person technical interview was requested. The technical interview wasn't very challenging and a lot of the interview was still about previous experience with tech as well as behavioural questions. After about a week, another interview was requested. This interview was about 2hrs and was strictly behavioural as well as a basic background check (went through resume and transcript).
