Very brief. Doesn't properly assess the applicants skills in relation to what they will be doing. After completing the interview process the job was completely incomparable. In no way does the company help you prepare for the position or deal with the workload. Very inefficient training process which results in a demanding independent workload. Very hard place to work for a new comer
