An initial screening was conducted over the phone. This portion involved asking basic questions about my experience, if I'd be willing to travel, etc. Very little was info was provided about the nature of the job at this stage. A second technical interview was scheduled 2 weeks later over microsoft teams. This portion involved some basic technical questions, writing a very simple piece of code and discussing my background.
