Interview
First part of their process is a phone interview where I was given basic compatibility questions about travel and expectations. Second interview I received a few weeks later with a non-technical resource that was a continuation of the phone interview with compatibility questions with a few abstract problem solving questions (If this went wrong on a machine, where would you look.). Third (and final) interview was with a technical lead where I was given 2 problems to demonstrate database and coding knowledge.
