Brook Street Temps Controller interview questions

There were two interviews. The first was a one-on-one with the branch manager in which she ran through my background - qualifications and experiences. Following that and on a separate day, I had a role-play in which the regional manager was present. I was given 30 minutes in which to prepare for this. The scenario was to sell the agency's services to a potential client who was not an agency user.
