Very casual, asked me questions about why I wanted to work there and how I heard about the opening. I was told more in depth of the job position and walked around the campus where I would work. We sat in an empty dining hall at a table, one on one with the dietary manager. The whole interview lasted 25-35 minutes.

Manager was professional and welcoming. Interview process was straightforward. Basic job questions: Asking for experiences, how I have dealt with difficult customers, experiences in food service jobs, etc. It was a great experience!
