The interview consisted of listening to the assistant manager talk endlessly for 45 minutes. When she did ask a question she didn't really listen to the answer. She seemed more interested in hearing herself talk than finding out about me. i was hoping I could tell her more about myself and why, after 16 years of retirement, was I looking to return to work.

Met with the store manager. We shared basic business background info. I was given a tour of the store and met some associates. Offered and accepted the position and rate. Next step was the screening process. Screening was easily set up and passed. The whole process to starting took a couple weeks.
