I interviewed twice with my current manager. She was super-optimistic and quite professional. She made me feel as though I wanted to work for her. Our interview was more of a conversation, instead of just questionning.

Interview
It was fairly easy to interview with the company. The company requests a drug test and that took the longest time to report and confirm with headquarters. They wanted to know your availability for scheduling (especially on weekends and holidays) upfront. The pay was not based on commissions at the time that I interviewed.

Interview
I applied online and got picked for an interview, but I had to wait around 30 minutes for the interviewer to come. Other than that it was a fairly standard process, he asked some questions and was not very friendly.
Quick and efficient. Not very deep. Just a sales job, so not surprising. Maybe not a good fit. I did it on a whim so wasn't too invested in the process.
