I received the phone call the next day I applied the job online. The manager was nice and easy going, elaborated the grand history of Brooksbrother and few inquirements on being a sales associate - place the customer's needs as first priority, be active on making sales. No commmision, straight pay. Business attire dress code is a must.

I went into BB to inquire about a possible position. Filled out an application and was called in for an interview a few weeks later. I Met with the Store Manager for a twenty minute interview. I was then offered the position following testing.

It was a fairly straightforward process. The interview is there to ensure that you are a responsible individual who will show up on time, comply with the dress code, be professional and friendly. Since it is retail, they expect you to be available to work during busy holiday weekends. As for the hiring process, it takes the store about a week to reply. If a busy holiday weekend is coming up, it is more likely that it will only take a matter of days.
