Non professional interview. Throughout the interview the manager only asked me two question and that was only right after she talked about the company, which are “is there any questions u do not understand and how well u know about brooks brothers” the rest are all explaining about brooks brothers, the company background, how people there are very passionate, how the work works, how each customer has their own personality. Instead of get to know me more. What confusing me is that they dont even bother to know about ME who they invited for the interview but to repeatedly telling me abt the company background and the staff background more for an hour. Other thing that i think is dumb when they did asked me how well i know brooks brothers, and when i answered them it was never correct? and gave me the “oh its so wrong, what r u talking abt?” look. Though I completely sure AT LEAST what i told them was part of history of brooks brothers cause i did make a research about their company. After a quite long interview, the manager told to go around the shopping mall and take a look on other stores and come back and tell them what is the differences between brooks brothers and other stores which is to me is completely stupid and a waste of time. If not interested you could just do something better. To be completely honest theres nothing SO outstanding abt brooks brothers that they made me came for the interview which consists walking around the shopping mall finding a comparison between their store and other clothing store. Like what kind of interview is this? I am only applying as a sales associate. Come on The manager told me that she will scheduled a second interview with the higher management. Never heard from them anymore
