im in college, went to drop off my resume and was handed an application to fill out. could tell manager liked me off the bat, and set up an interview on the spot with the assistant manager. interview lasted 15 mins - asked me about myself, and why I want to work at Brooks Brothers (generic stuff) - then said I have the job and had to pass drug test.

Interview was overall easy, nice interviewers, they asked me questions in regards to previous experience and others. They ask what my availability was and if I was willing to work on weekends or not.

Describe a time when you gave good customer service?
Walk in with resume, quick 30 minutes interview regarding past experience. Interview was straight forward and no tricky questions. After the interview, the manager showed me around the store and introduced products to me.
