In-person application.
3 part interview. 1st with Human Resources Manager. 2. with Store Manager 3. With Regional Manager. After offer, asked to take part in drug test.
Questions ranged from experience working with others, working individually and within team frameworks to college and school experience. To the typical "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Spent 2 days interviewing. 1st day interviewed on the spot, and the next day was invited to the second interview with Store Manager and Regional manager. They offered a seasonal position and then hired me full time after the busy holiday season.

Interview was overall easy, nice interviewers, they asked me questions in regards to previous experience and others. They ask what my availability was and if I was willing to work on weekends or not.

Walk in with resume, quick 30 minutes interview regarding past experience. Interview was straight forward and no tricky questions. After the interview, the manager showed me around the store and introduced products to me.

The interview process was simple, straight forwards, and easy. My application was accepted and I was called in for an interview, a very stress-free environment. I already felt welcome. The hiring manager was very polite, well versed, and knew what they were looking for.
