2 step interview process. Meeting with the HR from Italy, very pleasant. Stage 2 meeting with area manager and manager of the store you are applying to. Again pleasant and easy going interview not an interrogation

Interview process included filling out a preliminary employee application. Afterwards, I was interviewed by one of the employees in the store. Interviewer was relaxed yet professional. They could not give me an offer, however, because Brooks Brothers does not hire minors.
