      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brooks Running (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2021

      Interview

Three interviews, and a presentation with a panel. The first was an HR phone call, the second, was a video chat with the manager of the role, and the third was a half-day long, with a presentation with panel, and then individual half-hour interviews with the panel attendees. Overall, it was very enjoyable talking with the team. I received lots of positive feedback, ultimately they selected the other candidate in the end, but I don't have any bad feelings about the process or outcome.

      Interview questions [1]

Most questions about previous experiences, and some theoretical about how to handle or prepare for certain situations.
