Very competent phone screen. Up-front style and very candid. The on-site interview included the Director, Manager and several team members. The whole process took around two weeks. They were flexible with the start date but would NOT budge, at all, with salary which I was surprised at. Found out much later that I should have been making 30% more per industry standard.
