I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brooksource (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied on glassdoor and received an email from the recruiter a few days later to set up a time to call. The call consisted of a 20 min phone conversation about Brooksource and answered any questions I had. After that, she set up a 30 minute phone interview which was just basic questions about resume. After the phone interview I was asked to set up a time for a 1 hour face to face interview. The face to face interview went very well, I was interviewed by the hiring manager and another manager, then with two recruiters. Be prepared for all types of behavioral questions. Everything went smooth with an exception of the recruiter not emailing me a confirmation like she said she would, along with no one, including the recruiter, responding to any of my follow up emails. The interviewers were very sweet and down to earth though.

Interview
Super simple interview and the questions were standard (strengths, weaknesses). I started out with a phone interview screening with one of the really nice recruiters. So I didn’t get an offer, it was great practice for interview questions

Interview
I recently had a remarkably positive job interview experience that left me feeling confident and excited about the prospect of joining the company. From the moment I walked through the door, the atmosphere was welcoming. The receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile, instantly putting me at ease.
As I entered the interview room, I noticed the organized setup and felt a sense of professionalism. The interviewer, who introduced themselves warmly, took a few moments to ensure I was comfortable and explained the structure of the interview. This initial gesture helped me relax and set a positive tone for the conversation.

Very laid back and comfortable interview process! First round was a phone screening with an HQ recruiter. The next round was a phone interview and after that I was invited onsite to meet the team.
