Brotherhood Mutual interview questions

I had an in-person group interview on two separate occasions with Brotherhood. I come from a very heavy business analyst background, so I thought this position was the perfect fit. The first group interview was your typical corporate interview questions and went very well. It lasted about two hours. The second group interview was offsite and they dove into more personal type questions. I knew this company was extremely conservative, and I respect that even though I'm not actively involved in religious activities. Throughout the interview process I felt judged (not in a professional work experience way, but in a morals and values way). This really bothered me as I respected the companies beliefs and knew that my background was a perfect fit for this role with a skillset that's not too common in the Fort Wayne area (I previously worked in a much larger city). After about a week I received an email that they offered the position to another candidate. I can't help but think if I was involved in outside religious activities or went to a religious college things would have played out differently, and to me that depicts a company that's not very accepting of others.

Initial phone interview with several people including HR. Group interview with 6 members of the legal department including a sit down meeting, tour of the campus, and lunch off campus. Approximately 4 hours total. Despite a seemingly excellent interview, candidate was ghosted by the company and follow up attempts directed to each interviewer were universally ignored.
