The interview process was lengthy, but still felt appropriate. It began with a remote interview with HR and the hiring manager. The second round was another remote interview with a group of colleagues, with whom the position would work closely. The final round was a series of in-person meetings that lasted several hours, during which I met with various individuals across campus. The position was ultimately withdrawn, so I'm unsure what the outcome would have been. But overall, it was a good experience.
