Companies ghost candidates at an alarming rate (while complaining they can't find talent) and it's time they were held accountable. I considered Brown to be "above" that kind of behavior, but apparently not. They have an online tool keeping track of all applications, so it would not be that hard to get a data dump of all the people with open applications more than a few months old, and then just close the loop with them.
