Great interview process; timely feedback and communication but overall very pleasant interview pannel; the process was very quick as well and both phone and pannel interviews were scheduled very quickly

Applied in April and they restarted the process only to pause again due to funding instability. There was a reasonable amount of questions and they provided the topics ahead of time (but only focused on a few). Biggest gripe is the deadpan faces when talking was very off putting. Add a zoom setting and it’s was unwelcoming. It didn’t feel like an interview but more of being sized up. When one is sharing about themselves and there’s no audience interaction, it makes the interview that much harder only to be followed up with radio silence. Left a stale taste in my mouth and I consider it an unfortunate experience for an elite institution. Disappointing.

Equitable process and transparent about timelines. Enjoyed talking with the members of search committees and learned a lot about the team and organization. Would apply to additional opportunities at this organization based on the search process.
