I had an initial phone screening that I thought went well. I knew all the answers to the questions, and felt well prepared. I thought it ended on a positive note, with the recruiter saying I should hear back in less than a week. Almost 2 weeks later and no response, and I've tried following up. I feel pretty hurt that I didn't at least get a response and think that Brown should at least treat people with dignity who interview.
