I had a really nice interview experience at Bruker. They acted very professionel and had planned the interview in detail. I felt very welcome there. I did a 30 min presentation of my previous work projects and the interview ended with a tour around the premises .

Interview
The interview process wasn't bad by itself, it starts with the typical phone call from HR and subsequent online interview, then after a successful online interview an "on site" interview is carried out.
My biggest issue was the lack of professionalism in some regards. I received an offer after the interview to which I negotiated and asked for a bit more salary. After asking for the increase in salary I did not get contacted anymore, not with a negative nor a positive answer, I was simply ignored by them. They also did not offer any reimbursement of the costs of travelling to the "on site" interview. It gives an image of the company not wanting to negotiate salaries and also not wanting to please potential future employees.

Interview
