Interview
I had a phone screening with a recruiter and let her know I had a final interview with another company coming up. She got me a video call with the hiring manager next day. I let them both know when I got an offer and they set up a final interview a few days later. I gave a ~45 minute presentation, followed by 30 minute 1-on-1 meetings with the team. They met directly after the final 1-on-1 and made me a verbal offer that same day. It was a very quick process and they were transparent with me throughout. Overall, it was a remarkably good interview process.

Interview
Two stages of interviews; the first with two lead engineers and the second with four support engineers. Mid-way through we were discussing extreme tight tolerance experience; when I mentioned one particular project with some features at 0.0002”, they wanted experience beyond that. I felt the interview diverge.
