The interview process consisted of a 45 minute presentation of my research, followed by 15 minutes of questions from those in attendance. Next, were several 1 on 1 sessions with current employees within the hiring group and also groups that interact with the potential position. The interview concluded with an HR representative giving and overview of company benefits and next steps.
