3 stages of interview, it took almost 3 months.
1st - interview with Engineering Manager. it is more towards technical knowledge and attitude.
2nd - interview with the engineering team. It is to introduce yourself to the team and explain about your background.
3rd - interview with BPEN MD. It is a wasting time session. He will degrades you by roughly go through you resume and tell you that you don't worth the price and they will not take you. (Even thought the expected salary is stated clearly in the resume at the very beginning)
