Telefon Interview war ok: mit einer Frau aus Poland bei der Personalabteilung. Wir hatten wegen meiner Bewerbung kurz gesprochen: Einige Infos zu bestätigen.
Dann war alles Sau schlecht bei dem online Vorstellungsgespräch. Der Abteilungsleiter kommt aus dem Großbritannien und spricht kaum deutsch. Er hatte am Anfang schon Zweifel an meiner Motivation und ich könnte bemerken, dass er ein bisschen Hass auf mich hätte, egal wie ich im Detail erkläre.
Ich frage mich, wenn er schon am Anfang Zweifel hat, kann er mich einfach Ablehnung.
Einfach blöd.
Die Frau aus Poland sagte, dass sie mir eine Nachricht Ende der Woche oder nächste Woche geben würde. Ich hatte trotzdem für einen Monat gewartet. Einfach schlimm.

Seguito da un colloquio in videocall con l’Hiring Manager e poi un colloquio in presenza con Hiring Manager, Busisness Manager e un’altra HR. Dopo di questo sono spariti. Nessun feedback.
