First met with the hiring manager and then interviewed with one of the other BDR's, the BDR manager and the VP of sales (I honestly forget the order). The interview was standard procedure (get to know each other, learn about the company, the job, our goals, aspirations, ask and answer questions) and it made me feel welcome right off the bat. I knew after I was done that I wanted to take the job.
