Initial interview with recruiter than 30 minutes with hiring manager. Standard questions for this part. Then on site 15 minute presentation on accounting little guidance on what or how to present. You have a white board to use but I didn’t know that coming in. Then three one on one interviews with the manager of the ream, associate, and hiring manager. Manager of team was tough and continued to ask questions about my past experience. Quick responses through out process less than a month decision. Overall I do not think the company was the right fit for me but interview process was smooth.
