Applied, call from admin to schedule screening with hiring manager (director), 20-minute phone screen and then was told she had 16 interviews scheduled that day (a Friday) and would be narrowing down to 8, then 4, then selecting and final decision in 3 weeks. It was a bizarre interview. I could tell the director was very tired from already conducting who knows how many interviews. She was doing 16 in one day? What kind of full energy, intent, and objectivity can be given to an applicant in this scenario? She came off as cold, militant, and had her canned responses "they are all hungry for training"...It was a very disappointing experience. Good luck to the person they hire!
