Simple was more on a personal level than anything. The manager spoke regarding the staff in the store and how some people been around for over 5 years and how they don't like changes. She talked about a lot of conflict within the staff with a new team member that was from China who speaks Chines which increased the store sale but certain team member didn't care for him because he was doing so well.
