Interview
I was interviewed at a HR company for the position. The interviewer explained that the company wanted to start a service unit in Istanbul so rather than sending engineers from Europe they would send a team from here to north Africa and middle east region.
Interview process included 3 steps;
1- interview with the HR
2- interview with the GM (Turkey)
3- interview with the HR manager and the GM as well as the Swiss representatives of the company

Did not get invitation for the 2nd interview.
First interview was alright classic questions. The lady asked me to explain my background, studies, experiences also wanted to know what my job searching criteria is.
