They were very kind and patient. I did not have experience in food chains however they were very understanding and liked the skills I could translate. it was only one interview with the owner of the franchise. After that I was able to select my starting date.
Straight forward and easy going. Be prepared to talk about past experiences at previous work force. Prepare strengths and weaknesses and give multiple examples. Have questions ready to ask them.
Interview was Easy and quick. Applied and heard something within a few days. Not many questions. Super chill and no pressure. Should be easy to get a job there. I think I was there maybe 20 minutes.
