I was contacted by a recruiter for a video call with he hiring manager. The interview was easy. Then, I was invited for an onsite interview but I declined it. I didn't think I was a fit for the job or the company culture.
The email to schedule the interview came on a holiday at 7pm, and to me that was a red flag.
