I met with two senior HR people and it was a general question and answer interview. The interview itself was a good experience and the interviewers pleasant. However, following the interview, I never heard back from them (through the agency) and spent weeks chasing for a response. I ended up withdrawing my application as I didn't want to work somewhere that didn't value candidates. I felt that if Buro Happold were not going to provide a good candidate experience, they wouldn't value and engage employees. This meaning it wouldn't be a good place to work. The experience was a slap in the face to the time and effort I put in to learning about them and attending interviews.
