I applied online at their website. They responded back to me within a month. First interview with Engineers and it went pretty smooth. Mostly they asked behavioural questions. They wanted me to convinced them that I belong to their firm and have passion for the kinds of work they do.

Relaxed, friendly and informative discussion about the company, my role and my skill set. Was asked to prepare a presentation on a related subject, and went through it briefly with the interviewers before we discussed hoe it would intersect with my daily tasks.
