The interview was odd and slightly uncomfortable. Few questions were asked, interviewers barely made eye contact with me. When they asked me to discuss what diversity meant to me, I discussed my personal experience being a minority. The interviewer didn't react or respond to my experience. It was just strange and discouraged me from wanting to work for the company
