Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very weird interview. Not expected from MNC. After reaching the interview site, HR doesn't come to greet you. nobody informs me what should i do or the interviewer is running late. I am sitting clueless for 10 minutes. then the interviewer comes. nobody asks even for water seeing I was super sweaty due to the heat. seems MNC is running out of money for water as their salary offer was very very low compared to competitors. I was even offered orange juice at smaller firms. seems a small thing but goes a long way. the interviewer made fun of my way of speaking during the interview and kept expressing his frustration and grunted his face every time I couldn't answer his questions. Even after passing their senior structural engineer test, they assessed me as fresher and offered me a fresher salary. overall very negative experience and not expected from an MNC. the interviewer asked if I did not get time to prepare for the interview which I did not as HR scheduled the interview only a day before and since I was traveling I didn't have all resources to read. they want slaves like themselves to work for them. not even offered me an opportunity to ask questions about them and just said at the end that the interview is over. Even though it was a technical round, the HR should sit in the interview room but was completely absent during the whole interview. not even turned their camera on during the online technical tests. overall very negative experience. 1) What are your salary expectations? 2) Why should we hire you? 3) Discussion on technical tests- lots of detail drawing

Great Interview Experience. Online psychometric tests. Friendly and approachable grad recruiter screening call followed by in person interview with role team. Similar to other London grad engineering firms, but nicer

Question 1
Describe a project you worked on at university and how it relates to this role.
The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Buro Happold (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview was friendly, more of an informal chat than a strict interview style. I presented some project work, talked about myself and my interests and answered some questions that had been sent to me prior. Technical questions were asked but not too many and not too intimidating
