Initial call with internal recruiter, as the linkedin ad did not include a salary scale. The salary was literally half my current and the recruiter said they don't include salary scales so current staff don't feel the need to compare. If a company wants to avoid staff discussing salaries, you can guarantee that someone is being underpaid.
