BusPatrol IT Support interview questions

The interview process seemed to be pretty standard. First an initial recruiter call to give some more info on the company and the role and see if I was still interested. Then a zoom interview with a team member that was a pretty basic mix of behavioral and technical. I thought the second interview went extremely well as the interviewer was very complimentary and even told me that I would be moving on before the interview was over. After of week of no response I reached out to the recruiter to see if there has been any updates only to get an auto generated rejection email the next day. I don't know what happened, but I would have liked some feedback as to what went wrong to go from a very positive experience, to such a cold response.
