Phone interview first with recruiter, then second interview with area manager. Both very professional and thorough. Both personable and easy to talk to. Not very intimidating or overbearing at all.

One on one interview followed by online quizzes primarily focused on quick computation math and basic high school physics. Was offered an entry level position far below my skill level.
