I filled out an online application. I didn't hear from them for about a week, so I called in to inquire about my application. They invited me in for an interview set for a few days later. Once I got there, I was interviewed first by the Front End manager, the woman who oversees the cashiers and service clerks (service clerks are the baggers, cleaners, etc.) She asked me several "what would you do in this situation" questions, reviewed my resume and spent time explaining the job. I was then interviewed by the Store manager. He spent an hour asking me more "what would you do" questions and went in depth about the history of the store and its mission. I was hired on the spot and scheduled for an employee orientation held a week later. The orientation was about two hours, maybe more. There were about thirty new employees, separated by the store location they were hired to work for. We got our uniforms, filled out a lot of paperwork, signed the contract, and spent an hour discussing Busch's mission. Very long. Very boring.
