The interview process was pretty swift once everything got rolling. I had my initial phone interview about three days after applying for the job. I followed up every 7-14 days until I was able to get a face-to-face interview. The second interview as panel interview with the COO and department heads. We discussed my credentials and each of the department managers described their team's responsibilities. The third interview was brief with only the COO and CEO present. The CEO asked some basic interview questions and confirmed he was in agreement with the COO's decision to hire me.
