Question 1
Why did I want this job. If I had to cook a 3 course dinner what would I make.
I applied online. I interviewed at Butternut Box (London, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
First stage of the process was a 30 minute video interview. I was then invited to a face-to-face interview with two members of the team who were friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable. I was asked an array of questions from situational to behavioural questions.
The 3rd stage was three smaller interviews with different departments from the business. It was great to understand more about the business and gave a great insight to the other employees. The final stage was a coffee with the Head of Sales which gave a better chance for both myself and him to find out more about whether I would be a good fit for the role.
Throughout the whole process the communication was clear and frequent between the different stages.

Question 1
What three skills do you think this job role requires? Give us examples of when you've used these skills before.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Butternut Box in Oct 2018
Interview
Such an unprofessional interview, held in a dark booth right next to the entrance way of the busy reception which meant one of the interviewers was constantly distracted and looking about. The table was covered in mess and just gave the worst impression of the business, not a good start! The questions were ridiculous and if you don’t know chess or WWE you can’t really give an answer (trying to be edgy I think but came across as very awkward). The situational questions were also a joke who knew they could create so much fuss over a gazebo at a sales event.....shambles. Overall it was a very bad experience which is a shame as the role sounded good although work hours more than advertised and salary less than expected meaning you would barely earn minimum wage after tax.
